Description

A Tribal healthcare facility in Northern Arizona is seeking a Permanent Onsite CFO to join its team. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 5+ years of experience in a healthcare organization (ideally Tribal), and demonstrated leadership with extensive finance and accounting experience. The position offers a generous base salary and an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance and accounting leadership for the healthcare organization
• Lead and manage financial planning and accounting operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare organization experience
• Demonstrated leadership
• Extensive finance and accounting experience
• CFO experience with a Tribal healthcare facility highly preferred
