Description

You will lead the Sales & Purchases functional stream in a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations program, ensuring successful deployment of the global core model across multiple regions. The role spans the full functional project lifecycle, including fit-gap, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and go-live. You will collaborate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align business requirements and validate deliverable quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales & Purchases functional stream throughout the global D365 F&O implementation program

• Coordinate, mentor, and onboard Sales & Purchases functional consultants

• Validate consultants’ functional competencies before project onboarding

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle tasks: fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and go-live activities

• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Data Migration, Development, and Integration teams for successful delivery

• Work with client stakeholders and project leadership to align business requirements with the global core model

• Review and ensure quality of functional deliverables, including solution designs, configurations, and testing documentation

• Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support key business decisions

• Lead functional workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for client teams

• Support rollout, go-live, and hypercare adoption phases

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Sales & Purchases modules

• Strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise: sales order management, customer master data, pricing, invoicing, shipment, credit management, billing

• Strong Source-to-Pay (S2P) knowledge: procurement, purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor management, approval workflows

• Experience with integration concepts: APIs, EDI, middleware, interface validation, data mapping

• Minimum 10 years delivering international ERP implementation and core model rollout projects

• Minimum 8 years leading data migration activities, including ETL processes and data reconciliation

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior business stakeholders

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in an international environment

• Fluent English

• EU citizenship and residence in Poland

• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate availability)
