We are currently looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 F&O Sales & Purchases Functional Stream Leader to join a global digital transformation program. In this role, you will lead the Sales & Purchases functional stream within a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation, ensuring successful deployment of the global core model across multiple regions while collaborating with international stakeholders.Project information:Type of project: IT ServicesOffice location: Wrocław, PolandWork mode: Remote with international travelBudget: 180- 220 PLN net/ h- B2BTravel: South America, Europe, and Asia (project-covered)Project length: Long-termOnly candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in PolandStart date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability)Project scope:Lead and manage the Sales & Purchases functional stream throughout the global D365 F&O implementation programCoordinate, mentor, and onboard a team of Sales & Purchases functional consultantsValidate consultants' functional competencies before project onboardingManage the complete project lifecycle, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and go-live activitiesCollaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Data Migration, Development, and Integration teams to ensure successful end-to-end deliveryWork closely with client stakeholders and project leadership to align business requirements with the global core modelReview and ensure the quality of functional deliverables, including solution designs, configurations, and testing documentationIdentify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support key business decisionsLead functional workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for client teamsSupport successful deployment and adoption of the solution during rollout, go-live, and hypercare phasesCompetence demands:Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Sales & Purchases modulesStrong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales order management, customer master data, pricing, invoicing, shipment, credit management, and billingStrong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including procurement, purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor management, and approval workflowsExperience with integration concepts, including APIs, EDI, middleware, interface validation, and data mappingMinimum 10 years of experience delivering international ERP implementation and core model rollout projectsMinimum 8 years of experience leading data migration activities, including ETL processes and data reconciliationProven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutionsExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior business stakeholdersStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in an international environmentFluent EnglishNice to have:Previous experience leading global Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O transformation programsExperience working with distributed international delivery teamsKnowledge of manufacturing and finance business processes within D365 F&OExperience working in multinational enterprise environmentsWe offer:Fully remote work based on b2b with international project exposureLong-term B2B cooperationPrivate medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs)Multisport card (also for an accompanying person)Life insuranceRecruitment process:Introductory callTechnical interviewFinal decision
