Description

Backend development is the core of this role: you will build and evolve a recruitment platform’s services and REST APIs using Python. You’ll work with Django/FastAPI and PostgreSQL and contribute to a secure in-house AI infrastructure that keeps candidate data on the company’s servers. The team uses a modern full-stack toolchain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend features for the recruitment platform

• Build and extend REST APIs in Python

• Work with the application’s AI infrastructure for inference and model training

• Collaborate using the team’s modern development stack

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python 3

• Active experience with Django framework

• Proficiency with PostgreSQL

• Experience with custom REST APIs in Python (preferred)

• Knowledge of FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Redis (preferred)

• Experience with practical use of language models, classifiers, NLP, and multimodal AI models (welcome)
