Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable conversational AI systems that work across multiple channels. The role includes Python-based orchestration, integrating AI with corporate systems and external models, and continuously improving quality through evaluations, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop feedback. You will also architect microservices/asynchronous systems and implement model optimization strategies such as fine-tuning and LoRA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch scalable conversational AI systems for chat, voice, email, and APIs

• Architect microservices and asynchronous systems for high availability and performance

• Use Python to implement orchestration/decision logic that manages tools, workflows, and system interactions

• Optimize models via fine-tuning and LoRA; choose data-driven approaches between FT vs RAG

• Create prompt engineering libraries and evaluation protocols for prompt performance

• Build monitoring and evaluation frameworks (dashboards, metrics, human-in-the-loop feedback) to maintain quality and trust

• Work with data specialists to design pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and structuring data for agents

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, container standards, and cloud strategies for migrations, cost optimization, and high availability

Requirements

• Strong background in Python for integrating AI models and implementing orchestration logic

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs)

• Practical machine learning engineering experience: data preparation, vector databases in the cloud, and training/optimizing models

• Backend and frontend architecture experience

• Deep understanding of ML evaluation, tuning, and prompt engineering

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and multi-agent system design

• Bonus: familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
