Description

You will triage and troubleshoot incidents affecting EDBC functionality across SNAP, TANF, and Child Care modules. The role focuses on analyzing application logs, code, data, and system behavior to identify root causes, implement or coordinate fixes, and validate resolution with functional and testing teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage and troubleshoot incidents affecting EDBC functionality across SNAP, TANF, and Child Care modules
• Analyze logs, code, data, and system behavior to identify root causes
• Implement or coordinate fixes and validate resolution with functional and testing teams
• Produce documented incident analysis, root-cause findings, code fixes or recommended remediation, and validation results
• Provide timely incident status updates, defect documentation, technical analysis, and identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Strong Java development and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to analyze application logs, debug code, identify root causes, and resolve defects in complex enterprise applications
• Experience supporting production or test-environment incidents
• Collaborate across development, testing, and functional teams
