Description

The client runs a transformation of operational services focused on increasing reliability of environments, reducing manual work, and automating incident handling and service request workflows.

You will design and implement automation for recurring incidents, service requests, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation for repeatable incidents, service requests, and operational procedures
• Transform manual actions into repeatable and controlled workflows
• Identify valuable automation areas together with Operations and Incident Management teams
• Develop self-healing mechanisms and automated issue remediation
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions
• Support deployment, configuration, and platform standardization automation
• Improve monitoring, alert quality, and visibility of environment status
• Support event correlation, data enrichment, and automatic incident classification
• Analyze operational data and implement improvements that reduce incident handling time
• Create testable and reusable automation modules, frameworks, and patterns
• Share knowledge and support other engineers

Requirements

• ~5 years experience in automation, Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation
• Very good knowledge of at least three: Python or other scripting, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Ansible, AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, deployment automation, Kubernetes, container platforms, monitoring, observability, or SRE practices
• Experience building secure, repeatable, scalable automation
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices: version control, testing, code review
• Ability to analyze operational processes and identify areas for automation
• English proficiency at least B2
