Description

We are looking for a CRM Analyst to develop solutions supporting Corporate Banking processes, covering the full customer journey from lead acquisition to closing a credit transaction. The person will be responsible for analyzing requirements, creating solution concepts, and collaborating between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and system requirements

• Develop solution concepts and business architecture

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams

• Define and document integrations between systems

• Support the development and implementation of new features in the CRM area

• Prepare analytical and project documentation

Requirements

Must have

• Experience in business or system analysis

• Experience with CRM Salesforce

• Experience in developing solution concepts and business architecture

• Knowledge of REST

• Knowledge of RabbitMQ

• Knowledge of AsyncAPI

• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams

• Experience in Corporate Banking domain
