Description

You will model and document business processes (including value streams, capabilities, roles, and data), elicit and analyze requirements/user stories, and support Product Owners and business experts. You will also analyze systems and solution options, create business cases and feasibility studies, support design/testing/QA/change management, validate and test processes, optimize processes using cost-benefit and what-if analyses, and support organizational change planning, performance monitoring, and strategic/tactical plans and transition roadmaps.

  • Requirements elicitation and analysis; user stories
  • Support Product Owners and business experts
  • Analyze systems and solution options; business cases and feasibility studies
  • Support design/testing/QA/change management
  • Design, validation and testing of processes
  • Process optimization; cost-benefit analysis and what-if
  • Organizational change planning
  • Performance monitoring
  • Support strategic/tactical plans and transition roadmaps

Requirements

  • 8+ years IT experience
  • 5+ years project experience / similar role
  • English at C1 level
  • Minimum 2 required certifications: CBAP or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 required certifications: UML Professional Foundation / BPM Fundamental or equivalent
  • Experience going through the full lifecycle of a software solution
  • Practical knowledge of BPMN and business process modeling
  • Knowledge of UML: capability, activity, state diagrams, logical data models
  • Experience in elicitation, analysis and prioritization of requirements and user stories
  • Knowledge of modeling tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect or similar
  • Very good/advanced knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint platform tools
  • Experience in Business Process Analysis / Business Process Improvement
  • Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation
  • Experience analyzing systems and identifying solution options
  • Experience with business cases / feasibility studies
  • Knowledge of testing, QA and change management
  • Very good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with Business Experts, Product Owners and stakeholders
  • Experience optimizing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
