This role is a leadership position focused on integrating and expanding behavioral health services regionally, shaping clinical programs and service-line strategy across care settings, and designing a psychiatric emergency program plus an outpatient behavioral health center.

Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist
• Fellowship in Child Psychiatry or Addiction Psychiatry required
• Minimum 7 years of medical director experience at a large academic system preferred
• Healthcare Administration degree preferred
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills essential
