Description

Implement omnichannel systems of engagement during the project delivery phase using Red Hat OpenShift specific services. Apply strong software architecture expertise with API and microservices-based architecture to deliver cloud-based solutions, including cloud-native development principles, containerization, and serverless fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement omnichannel systems of engagement, mapping existing components and functionalities to Red Hat OpenShift specific services for seamless integration and efficient system performance.
  • Develop cloud native applications using cloud native development principles and containerization/serverless fundamentals; leverage at least one technology such as Node.js, Spring boot, or .NET.
  • Collaborate on solution delivery by working with experience in Red Hat OpenShift and API/microservices-based architecture implementation.
  • Optimize application performance using servicemesh computing fundamentals to ensure efficient and reliable system operation.
  • Develop front-end applications using Angular.js, JavaScript, and CSS to create user-friendly, responsive experiences.
  • Provide Tier II/III support for incident troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation per SLAs/SLOs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for operational incidents.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and execute tuning/corrective actions to ensure availability and stability.
  • Administer, configure, and automate Red Hat OpenShift environments for scalable, secure deployments.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevSecOps integration with development teams.
  • Coordinate with mission partners and stakeholders to resolve incidents and ensure system interoperability.

Requirements

  • Provide Tier II/III support for incident troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation in accordance with SLAs/SLOs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for operational incidents.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance; execute tuning and corrective actions to ensure availability and stability.
  • Administer, configure, and automate Red Hat OpenShift environments supporting scalable, secure application deployments.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevSecOps integration with development teams.
  • Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance at time of hire and be able to pass a CI Poly.
  • Must be able to sit onsite 5 days per week in Springfield, VA.
