Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Provider Enrollment Analyst for a short-term assignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and phone communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging calls professionally while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can work independently while ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process provider applications for enrollment in various healthcare programs.
- Manage challenging calls and inquiries from healthcare providers with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a positive demeanor while navigating a fast-paced work environment.
- Work independently to resolve provider issues and inquiries effectively.
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in all communications.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of health insurance products such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, Dental, and ACA plans (preferred).
- Familiarity with insurance enrollment processes and related guidelines (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
