The Systems Analyst role focuses on developing and maintaining key client systems.

Description

You will work with business, architects, and development teams to design solutions supporting the client’s strategic processes. The role includes translating business processes into system requirements, producing analytical documentation (process models, use cases, integration specifications), and supporting implementation and testing. You will also design and verify integrations between banking systems using REST/SOAP, ESB, and message queues, collaborate with stakeholders on system development direction, and participate in transformation and regulatory projects.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements
  • Create analytical documentation: process models, use cases, integration specifications
  • Support development teams in implementation and testing
  • Design and verify integrations between banking systems (REST/SOAP, ESB, message queues)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define system development direction
  • Analyze the impact of changes on existing solutions and recommend improvements
  • Participate in transformation and regulatory projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in systems or technical analysis, preferably in telco
  • Very good knowledge of UML/BPMN and modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, draw.io, Visio)
  • Knowledge of system architecture and integration standards (API, Web Services, message brokers)
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including SQL and data structures
  • Experience working with developers and testers
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
  • Nice to have: independence in running end-to-end analyses, architectural advisory, leading workshops
