Description

Design, build, and optimize high-availability, high-performance backend systems that handle thousands of requests per minute. Join an agile, autonomous team with full ownership of microservices, tackling distributed systems, data streaming, and algorithmic optimization. Build translation and continuous localization services powered by machine translations, collaborating with linguists and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Code in Kotlin and/or Python for robust backend services
• Design and implement system architectures from business requirements
• Own microservices from design through deployment
• Connect and orchestrate AI services to execute complex business logic
• Improve performance through MongoDB optimization and database migrations

Requirements

• Code in Kotlin and/or Python and have experience building robust backend systems
• Proficient in MongoDB with proven database migration and large-scale dataset performance optimization
• Hands-on experience connecting and orchestrating AI services
• Enthusiasm for AI and keeping up with technical innovation
• Ability to drive technical implementation analysis for complex solutions and convert business requirements into clear architectures
• Excited to influence technical vision and shape new projects
• English at least B2 level
