  • Configure AccessGuard capabilities: access-certification workflows, review campaigns, approval routing, escalation handling, and segregation-of-duties automation
  • Configure AI and agentic capabilities using UiPath services approved within the program architecture
  • Design human-in-the-loop steps for validation, exception handling, approvals, and sensitive business decisions with guardrails to limit agent actions and maintain human oversight
  • Implement integrations with enterprise systems and third-party platforms using APIs, connectors, and UiPath Integration Service
  • Configure authentication, service accounts, credentials, data mappings, error handling, retries, and integration monitoring
  • Translate user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria into technical designs and working software
  • Support technical assessment and integration of inherited prototypes/workflows/components for maintainability, security, and technical debt

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing and building automation solutions on the UiPath platform, including agentic and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Experience with document-processing workflows for classification, information extraction, and validation
  • Expertise in integrations using APIs, connectors, and UiPath Integration Service
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, and SAP
  • Knowledge of identity platforms, credential management, and authentication configuration
  • Understanding of role-based access, audit logging, traceability, and data protection requirements for financial, contract, access, and personal data
  • Skills in writing clean, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code and workflow configurations
  • Ability to translate business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria into technical designs
  • Background in backlog refinement, technical estimation, sprint planning, and architecture discussions

Benefits

  • Supportive team and agile, startup-like culture; top tech minds driving innovation
  • Hybrid work; opportunity to work remotely within Poland
  • Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually; business-driven relocation opportunities
  • Career development programs; thought leadership, mentoring, soft skills and well-being programs
  • Certification (Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, AWS)
  • English classes
  • Stable pay and participation in Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discount
  • Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers)
  • Referral bonuses up to $2,000
  • Offices with entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, coffee, and more
  • Corporate, social and well-being events
