Description

We are looking for an experienced technical person responsible for the architecture and technical quality of delivered solutions. In project teams you will act as the technical reference point and the link to the CTO—translating accepted standards into specific solutions, verifying their use, and supporting engineers in more difficult technical decisions. An important part of the role is the analysis and modernization of existing client systems and identifying areas where AI or automation can be used.

Responsibilities

• Designing system architecture, including AI-based solutions
• Verifying compliance of solutions with technical and architectural standards
• Supporting engineers in solving complex problems and developing AI competencies
• Assessing client requirements, technical risks, and labor intensity
• Ensuring the right approach to CI/CD, security, and infrastructure
• Participating in client discussions as a technical expert
• Analyzing existing systems and preparing modernization plans
• Identifying opportunities to use AI and automation
• Creating complete functionalities covering frontend, backend, data, and API integrations
• Using AI to create and refactor code, prepare tests, analyze problems, and produce technical documentation
• Developing and modernizing existing applications while maintaining production system continuity

Requirements

• Experience in designing architecture and developing complex systems
• Very good knowledge of APIs, databases, CI/CD, security, and scalability
• Experience modernizing existing production systems
• Practical knowledge of AI solutions, LLMs, or automation
• Ability to assess requirements, risks, and technical complexity
• Ability to support other engineers in technical decisions
• Freedom in communicating with clients and presenting technical recommendations
• Independence and readiness to work both at architecture and implementation level

Recruitment process

Important information

• Hybrid work means 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely
