Description

Build and develop systems in microservice and monolithic architectures supporting processes for reporting and handling damages/claims. Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations between systems, and contribute to system solution design with functional and non-functional requirements. Improve business processes with effective, scalable IT solutions and ensure software quality via automated tests, engineering best practices, and code quality.

Use AI tools and an Agentic AI approach for requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Participate in code reviews with modern tools supporting code quality and security, and take part in Scrum events while collaborating in an agile, multidisciplinary team. Co-create software development standards and the use of AI in the software development process.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience in Java programming
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA
• Very good knowledge of Apache Kafka
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Angular
• Experience designing and developing microservices
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Experience creating unit and integration tests
• Ability to use AI tools supporting the software development process
• Readiness for hybrid work and providing services from the territory of Poland
