• Work mode: Hybrid (Warszawa); initially 1–2 days/week in office, with possibility to move to full remote

• Project context: Web application in a specification-first model; architecture managed with a Platform Owner (advisor role on consultant side)

Description

You will implement and evolve a set of automated verification mechanisms (“gates”) that, on every commit, enforce the inviolability of architectural assumptions. The goal is to minimize the risk of accidentally deploying incorrect solutions to production and to integrate and optimize these verification gates in CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Protect the architecture by implementing and developing automated verification gates executed on every commit

• Reduce risk by building structural barriers preventing accidental incorrect deployments to production

• CI/CD engineering by integrating and optimizing verification gates within CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• Min. 7 years of professional experience

• Practical knowledge of test architecture, property-based testing, and mutation testing

• Ability to read and modify code in Rust (expert-level knowledge not required)

• Fluent use of AI agents supporting coding (or ability to master them within the first 2 weeks)

• Critical and skeptical thinking; deep verification of what each test/metric actually measures

• Very good English writing skills (ability to create documentation and communicate precisely)
