Description

We are looking for people to help deliver good quality loyalty products for customers and increase customer engagement. Daily tasks include developing new features, maintaining team products, and improving the infrastructure needed for it. Pair programming, continuous delivery, clean code, and a DevOps mindset are core practices, supported by cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features for loyalty products
• Maintain team products
• Improve infrastructure required to support product delivery
• Work in an agile Scrum environment
• Participate in pair programming and peer reviewing
• Contribute to continuous delivery and clean code practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Solid experience with Java 8+ or Kotlin; Python is a nice extra
• Strong concepts of clean code principles
• Experience working with microservices and event-driven architectures
• Ability to understand and apply design patterns
• English at working language level
• Interest in DevOps philosophy: “you build it, you run it”
