Quick Facts

• 4 x 10-hr days or 5 x 8-hr days — flexible scheduling
• 20 – 24 patients per 7.25 patient-contact hours
• Outpatient only — no hospital rounding, no call, no OB
• Family practice — all ages seen, adult-heavy panels
• FQHC or similar experience with underserved populations preferred
• Experience with complex co-morbidities required
• MOUD experience required; HIV experience preferred
• Potential to extend beyond initial coverage period
