Description

You will join a product team building advanced energy applications, including algorithms for determining the state of electrical grids. You will closely collaborate with developers and the product management team to deliver smarter, more eco-friendly, and reliable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement comprehensive testing strategies based on business requirements and solution projects
• Design, create, and execute automated and manual test cases for functional and non-functional requirements
• Work with a development team delivering client-ready solutions
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve release quality
• Verify real-world scenarios using physical lab hardware
• Manage test execution and reporting with Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with developers to identify, analyze, and resolve software issues
• Cross-team collaboration to continuously improve QA processes and product reliability
• Actively participate in Agile development processes and promote best practices in software testing
• Develop domain knowledge in Power Systems to support the full product lifecycle and continuous improvement
• Serve as a mentor for team members and promote quality assurance principles across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in engineering, computer science, or related
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software QA
• Documented experience in test automation with Python
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and make decisions that positively affect product quality
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and testing tools
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and version control systems such as Git
• English at least B2 (international team)

Optional / Nice to have
