Description

Data Engineer for a long-term banking project focused on Data Warehouse/Data Lake and analytics, including real-time/near real-time solutions and CRM-supported data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and model Data Warehouse/Data Lake solutions for analytics and real-time/near real-time use cases
• Build Customer 360 / Golden Record, behavioral aggregates, and Feature Stores
• Integrate analytical decision/recommendation systems with operational systems such as Campaign Management
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and event-driven) supporting CRM processes
• Manage CRM data including marketing consents, contact history, and opt-out
• Optimize SQL queries for large data volumes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer (preferably at large data scale)
• Experience in Data Warehouse / Data Lake design and modeling for analytics and real-time/near real-time
• Practical experience with large-scale data and Big Data technologies
• Experience building Customer 360 / Golden Record, behavioral aggregates, and Feature Stores
• Practical experience integrating analytical systems with operational systems (decision/recommendation with Campaign Management)
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for both batch and event-driven, supporting CRM processes
• Knowledge of CRM data (marketing consents, contact history, opt-out)
• Advanced SQL and query optimization
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of modern data formats and orchestration tools
• Nice to have: experience with migrations and CRM solution architecture (Pega, Salesforce, SAS, Adobe)
• Nice to have: experience working in Agile/Scrum
