Description

Projektowanie, analiza i rozwój rozwiązań związanych z automatyzacją oraz harmonogramowaniem procesów (Batch & Scheduling).

Analiza procesów biznesowych i technicznych pod kątem możliwości automatyzacji. Tworzenie oraz utrzymywanie specyfikacji funkcjonalnych i technicznych, a także modelowanie procesów oraz projektowanie przepływów workflow.

Zbieranie i dokumentowanie wymagań od interesariuszy biznesowych i technicznych. Analiza błędów, identyfikacja przyczyn problemów oraz wsparcie w optymalizacji istniejących procesów oraz przygotowywanie raportów wydajnościowych i analiz działania automatyzacji.

Współpraca z zespołami IT (DevOps, Administratorzy, Programiści) oraz właścicielami procesów biznesowych oraz udział w integracji systemów i projektach związanych z przepływem danych. Udział w działaniach ciągłego doskonalenia ukierunkowanych na optymalizację procesów.

Responsibilities

• Designing, analysing and developing solutions related to process automation and batch scheduling
• Analysing business and technical processes to identify automation opportunities
• Creating and maintaining functional and technical specifications
• Modelling processes and designing workflow solutions
• Gathering, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements
• Investigating issues, identifying root causes and supporting optimization of existing automation processes
• Preparing performance reports and analysing the efficiency of implemented solutions
• Collaborating with IT teams (DevOps, Administrators, Developers) and business stakeholders
• Supporting system integration activities and projects related to data flows
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business-System Analyst or Business Application Developer
• Experience in projects related to process automation, workflow solutions or batch processing systems
• Experience with system integrations and relational databases
• Higher education in Computer Science (or final-year student status)
• Basic knowledge of at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
• Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell)
• Knowledge of tools: Git, SVN, Jira, Jenkins, Postman
• Ability to create functional and technical documentation
• Ability to analyse processes, identify automation areas and assess efficiency
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams/stakeholders
• English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation
