Description

Assist with the establishment of a Linux Patch Management regime for Red Hat and Ubuntu. Support incidents and service requests, develop policies/standards such as ISO 27001:2013, conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions, and advise on the most suitable patching tool for Red Hat and Ubuntu.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the establishment of a Patch Management regime for Linux (Red Hat and Ubuntu)
• Assist with incidents and service requests
• Assist in the development of policies and standards such as ISO 27001:2013
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions
• Support and assist in implementing new processes/solutions as specified
• Provide advice on the most suitable patching tool for Red Hat and Ubuntu

Requirements

• Experience in Linux Patch Management within an enterprise environment
• Proficiency in software lifecycle management, ensuring third-party applications are up to date
• Solid knowledge of Red Hat and Ubuntu operating systems
• Familiarity with patching tools, particularly Ansible
