Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of secure user registration, authentication, MFA, and customer identity lifecycle management processes.
• Architect and oversee application integrations with CIAM services using APIs and industry-standard authentication protocols.
• Collaborate with Security, Development, API, Cloud, and DevOps teams to ensure secure identity solutions across the organization.
• Support and oversee SIT, UAT, and security testing activities.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex authentication, authorization, and cybersecurity-related incidents.
• Monitor IAM/CIAM services, security events, and logs, supporting incident response and risk mitigation processes.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical, operational, and security documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on identity security, cloud security, and access management practices.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, including extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, identity protection, and cloud security services.
• Professional cybersecurity certification such as CISSP.
• Advanced knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, MFA, identity federation, and modern authentication architectures.
• Extensive experience with API security, REST API integrations, and identity-related security controls.
• Strong understanding of application security, zero-trust principles, cryptography, and data protection mechanisms.
• Experience leading security initiatives within cloud and hybrid environments.
• Proven experience in incident investigation, threat analysis, vulnerability management, and security operations.
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, SIEM, log analysis, and security observability tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
