Scope of the role

• Design and build a mobile application for a Transportation Management System (TMS) from scratch using Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, and Jetpack Compose.
• Co-create a new mobile team set up specifically for this project, with real influence on application architecture, working standards, and technical decisions from day one.
• Integrate the application with API interfaces and logistics systems, and use LLMs and agentic solutions to support the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

What you need to join us

Must have:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Android development and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Expert knowledge of the Android SDK, different Android versions, and device configurations.
• Experience with Jetpack libraries, Android Architecture Components, and the MVVM and Clean Architecture patterns.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic development, including workflows that support the SDLC process.
• English at B2+ level and Polish at C1+ or native level.
• Eligibility to work in Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.).

Nice to have:

• Jetpack Compose and Coroutines.
• Knowledge of Google’s Android UI design principles, patterns, best practices, and interface guidelines.
• Experience optimizing mobile apps in Java and Kotlin.
• Firebase configuration experience.
• Experience working with API interfaces to integrate data and functionality in mobile applications.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
