AxiomSL Implementation Consultant (Regulatory Reporting)

You will report to the project lead and play a critical role in delivering regulatory reporting solutions, enhancing client experiences, and enabling global growth. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions
• Background working in banking or financial services with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have

• IT-related background gained through formal education or hands-on experience
• Experience coordinating delivery activities or leading cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with financial regulations across European markets

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of regulatory reporting implementation projects, ensuring quality and timely execution
• Coordinate planning, priorities, and progress across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Partner with project managers and delivery teams to define scope, manage timelines, and drive execution
• Adapt delivery plans in response to evolving regulations, resource changes, or client requirements
• Improve delivery quality through regulatory expertise, client feedback, and continuous process improvement
