DevOps Support is transitioning to a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) model, using SRE principles, Generative AI, and agile methodologies to improve observability, reliability, and resiliency for developer tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana, Kibana, and AppDynamics.
  • Define SLOs/SLIs for developer pipeline applications to support high availability and performance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, or Go to streamline operational tasks.
  • Work on Generative AI and task-automation projects.
  • Take ownership of complex problems and collaborate with the team through resolution.
  • Balance proactive solution-seeking with hands-on incident resolution.
  • Analyze system logs and metrics and perform root-cause analysis.

As an SRE, you will

  • Gain exposure to technologies including Tekton and Harness on OpenShift.
  • Gain hands-on experience implementing Generative AI and building automation models from idea inception through product delivery.
  • Learn the end-to-end process for building observability for supported applications and help design SLOs/SLIs to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js preferred.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and pipeline management.
  • Basic understanding of observability principles and SLOs/SLIs.
  • Experience with Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, and AppDynamics.
  • Basic working knowledge of Tableau or similar data-visualization tools.
  • Understanding of Agile concepts and processes.
  • Working or theoretical knowledge of OpenShift, Tekton, and Harness pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Compensation

  • Full-time salary range: zł165,020.00–zł280,980.00.
