We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join an international team working on a global internal platform supporting network planning and infrastructure development.

The project is currently undergoing a major transformation focused on automation, network design and integration of financial and operational processes.

What is the project about?

The goal is to connect the entire process:

Requirement → Network Design → Bill of Materials → Order → Delivery

The team is moving away from manual processes and Excel-based workflows towards an automated platform.

You'll work on:

• Network planning and network design automation
• Automated workflows
• Bill of Materials generation
• Financial process automation
• Integrations with other systems and teams
• Further development and transformation of the existing application

This is an opportunity to have a real impact on how the product and processes work, not just on individual pieces of code.

Tech stack

Must-have:

• TypeScript

• Full-Stack development experience

• Ability to independently take ownership of a task from analysis to implementation

• Have solid commercial experience with React and Node.js
• Can work comfortably across frontend and backend
• Can analyse problems independently
• Don't need perfectly defined requirements to get started
• Know how to find the information you need
• Communicate well with both developers and business stakeholders
• Can propose a solution and then implement it yourself
• Enjoy working in a small, international team

Independence is key.

Your manager may give you a general problem and direction rather than a detailed ticket. Your responsibility will be to understand the problem, speak to the right people, gather requirements, design the approach and deliver the solution.

Technical discussion + practical questions related to Full Stack, TypeScript, React and Node.js.
