Senior React Developer

We are seeking two Senior React Web Developers to join the Authentication team within our Customer Experience & Data Department. In this role, you will drive critical migration commitments for the New Digital Channels unit, building scalable, modern web applications with a strong focus on micro-frontend architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver critical frontend migrations and build high-impact web applications for enterprise digital channels.
• Architect, scale, and optimize modular frontend codebases using modern micro-frontend architecture.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver high-quality, accessible, and performant user experiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate complex backend services securely.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• React Proficiency: Deep, expert-level knowledge of React (Hooks, Context, and modern state management strategies).
• Micro-Frontends: Proven experience with micro-frontend architectures (Module Federation, Webpack, Single-SPA).
• Core Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and current frontend build tooling.
• Styling: Strong command of CSS, SASS, and CSS Modules.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Testing: Hands-on testing experience with Vitest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
• API Integration: Familiarity with consuming REST APIs and GraphQL.
• CI/CD & Version Control: Experience working with automated CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Domain & Practices: Exposure to banking or enterprise environments, web accessibility standards, web performance optimization, and secure coding.
