Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Administrator to lead the daily administration, support, maintenance and optimization of the Dynamics 365 ERP system. This role ensures system performance, manages user access, supports business processes, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment
• Management of user accounts, roles, permissions and security settings
• Monitoring of system performance and troubleshooting of issues
• Support of users with system questions, training and problem resolution
• Coordination of system updates, testing and enhancements
• Maintenance of system documentation and assurance of data accuracy
• Collaboration with business teams to improve ERP processes and functionality

Requirements

• Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
• Understanding of ERP processes and system support
• Knowledge of user security, troubleshooting and system configuration
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
