Senior DevOps Engineer with SonarQube

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team responsible for an internal SonarQube platform—the tooling that helps engineering teams maintain code quality and security standards across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the GCP infrastructure and Kubernetes platform the service runs on.
• Own central configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of SonarQube.
• Integrate and troubleshoot scanner execution in CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate issues, including false positives and negatives in SAST scans.
• Act as the vendor point of contact, managing issues, feature requests, and roadmap discussions.
• Suggest and implement observability and platform improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in SonarQube.
• Hands-on expertise in GCP and Kubernetes.
• Background in Helm, Terraform, and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with application security and SDLC security practices, ideally SAST.
• Skills in integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Capability to script, troubleshoot, and solve complex problems.
• English language skills at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Go language for contributing to Piper.
