Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build software and systems supporting a digital healthcare management, delivery, reporting, and analytics suite.
• Participate in platform integration efforts for next-generation, full-service distribution products.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers in a collaborative, Agile environment.
• Use industry standards and new technologies to manage big-data transformations and analysis.
• Advocate for scalable, flexible schema designs for master-data management.
• Implement and manage continuous delivery systems on AWS.
• Implement and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation.
• Define and deploy AWS monitoring, metrics, and logging systems.
• Implement highly available, scalable, and self-healing systems on AWS.
• Design, manage, and maintain tools that automate operational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in system administration and configuration.
• Solid experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, including Terraform.
• Experience implementing and managing continuous delivery systems on AWS.
• Experience automating security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation.
• Experience defining and deploying monitoring, metrics, and logging systems on AWS.
• Ability to implement highly available, scalable, and self-healing AWS systems.
• Ability to design, manage, and maintain operational automation tools.
• Troubleshooting, bug-scoping, and problem-solving skills.
