Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI & Agentic Systems)

The Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will spearhead the transition from rapid prototypes to high-performance, production-grade enterprise solutions. You will be the technical lead for complex AI projects, bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world business impact. You will act as a bridge between business goals and technical implementation, leveraging Google’s GenAI stack, LangChain, and advanced agentic architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Lead: Design and oversee the development of enterprise-grade, agentic AI systems and autonomous conversational agents that think, reason, and act.
• Strategic Deployment: Engineer and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), establishing best practices for model lifecycle management.
• System Design: Oversee the development of serverless architectures and containerized Python REST APIs to ensure high availability and performance.
• Innovation & Analysis: Leverage LLMs to perform deep analysis on massive datasets, refining big data platforms and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with GenAI.
• Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and out-of-the-box thinking.

Required Experience

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in data science, AI, or ML engineering with a focus on deploying production-level models.
• System Architecture: Demonstrated expertise in architecting end-to-end AI/ML pipelines and cloud-native deployments (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure).
• Technical Mastery: Advanced programming skills in Python with a deep understanding of designing robust REST APIs.
• GenAI Expertise: Significant practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and deep knowledge of current Generative AI and Agentic AI landscapes.
• Version Control & DevOps: Proficiency in Git and experience with modern MLOps practices.

Highly Desirable

• In-depth, hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI/ML ecosystem (Vertex AI, etc.).
• Experience in designing multi-agent systems and conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow CX).
• Deep expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) at scale.
