Our Team

The team operates using an agile model and collaborates on a daily basis with analysts, developers and the business. We are looking for someone who will support product quality through manual testing, whilst also being keen to develop their skills in automation.

Role Description

The person in this role will be responsible for preparing and executing manual tests, reporting defects, retesting, analysing requirements and supporting product quality throughout the entire change lifecycle. The role also involves basic activities in the area of test automation or a willingness to develop in this direction.

Your Tasks

  • Preparing test scenarios and test cases
  • Performing manual functional, regression and exploratory tests
  • Reporting, describing and retesting bugs
  • Analysing requirements and identifying quality gaps
  • Collaborating with analysts, developers and the business
  • Supporting the preparation or maintenance of simple automated tests

Requirements

  • Experience in manual web or mobile testing
  • Ability to write test cases and bug reports
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Xray, TestRail or similar
  • Basic knowledge of API testing
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Understanding of the defect lifecycle and testing process
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Hybrid work: office attendance in Wrocław twice per month

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or a similar tool
  • Knowledge of one programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, Python or C#
  • Experience working in Scrum or Agile
  • Knowledge of CI/CD
  • Knowledge of AI tools supporting requirements analysis, test preparation and day-to-day QA work
