Tech Lead DevOps Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Engineering Leader or Manager to join a project focused on developing a self-service platform for the client. The platform will empower developers and business users to automatically provision the necessary infrastructure and application environments for new digital solutions using a low-code/no-code approach. You will work in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per week from the client’s office.

Your tasks

• Lead DevOps activities to ensure efficient infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
• Drive the development of a self-service platform that meets the needs of developers and business users
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Manage systems integration processes to enhance the platform’s functionality
• Utilize Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure to streamline development workflows
• Implement and manage Crossplane and Argo CD for effective resource management and deployment
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or systems administration
• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience with Crossplane and Argo CD
• Strong skills in systems integration and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a technical environment
• Advanced level of English
