AI Architect & Consultant

About the role

This is a project-based assignment for a hands-on AI Architect & Consultant who will design and build production-grade AI solutions using Microsoft Azure. The role covers agentic systems, AI agents, MCP integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, Machine Learning and forecasting. It combines architecture, implementation, client consulting and presales.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop AI agents, multi-agent systems, MCP integrations and RAG solutions.
• Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Build Machine Learning and forecasting solutions.
• Rapidly create prototypes and Proofs of Concept to validate ideas and technical assumptions.
• Support projects from discovery and architecture through implementation and production deployment.
• Work directly with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support presales, including solution concepts, effort estimates and technical proposals.
• Use AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, coding, testing, documentation and delivery.
• Introduce new technologies, engineering practices and reusable patterns into client projects and internal delivery processes.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience in software engineering, AI, Machine Learning or data solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications and RAG.
• Understanding of AI agents, tool calling and agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, including regression, classification and forecasting.
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade cloud solutions.
• Ability to combine architecture work with hands-on implementation.
• Ability to quickly turn an idea into a working solution.
• Strong ownership, curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.
• Ability to balance rapid experimentation with security, maintainability and production quality.
• Good communication skills and experience working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
• Very good command of Polish.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
• Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework or other AI orchestration frameworks.
• Previous experience in consulting, presales or technical workshops.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps and AI evaluation.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
