As a Senior Manual Tester, you will work on testing a critical BPMS platform supporting essential business processes in online banking. Your expertise will help deliver reliable, secure, high-quality solutions that enable seamless banking experiences and organizational innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute manual testing activities across various software development stages, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Design and maintain detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing to validate system robustness.
  • Conduct extensive API testing and verify system integrations to ensure seamless data exchanges.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide clear, actionable reports to development teams.
  • Investigate issues with developers and analysts to identify root causes and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Verify fixes through regression testing and ensure overall system stability.
  • Support continuous improvement by refining testing processes, standards, and practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in manual software testing.
  • Strong API testing expertise, using Postman or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience testing web applications and complex business processes.
  • Practical knowledge of AI-powered testing tools such as Claude or Codex for analysis and process enhancement.
  • Broad understanding of functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
  • Ability to independently plan, organize, and execute testing activities.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.

Nice to Have

  • Willingness to expand into test automation and automation frameworks over time.

Languages

  • Polish: good command.
  • English: communicative level.

Eligibility

  • Existing legal right to work in the European Union.
