Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java and Angular) - Analytics and Collaboration

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full-Stack Developer (Java and Angular) to join the Analytics and Collaboration team.

The position will play a significant role in architecting, designing, developing, and delivering powerful analytical capabilities and intuitive collaboration tools. The role enables users to extract information from data while ensuring system stability, scalability, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core components of the platform.
• Identify and execute functional improvements.
• Assess emerging technologies and their strategic application to business goals.
• Collaborate with teams to conduct root-cause analyses, perform code reviews, and design robust testing mechanisms.
• Enhance user experience (UX) by developing platform design systems.
• Drive initiatives aimed at increasing back-end engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably within a product-driven organization.
• Deep proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), TypeScript, and Angular.
• Strong command of SQL databases; experience in columnar databases is a significant asset.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining RESTful web services.
• Practical knowledge of Redis, ActiveMQ Artemis (JMS), and Docker.
• Native Polish and fluent English.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes and Kubernetes API knowledge.
• Nx monorepos and workspace experience.
• Knowledge of or experience in graph analytics.
• Experience handling big-data models.
