Ferryt Process Automation Specialist

Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office per month.

As a Ferryt Configuration Specialist, you will support the implementation and development of business processes on the BPMN-class FerrytFlow platform. The role involves configuring business processes, supporting and training system users, and ensuring the smooth operation of FerrytFlow. This position requires technical and analytical skills to optimize and maintain critical banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for process implementation and development
• Configure processes on the Ferryt (BPMS) platform
• Configure business processes on the FerrytFlow platform
• Provide support and training to system users
• Ensure seamless integration and operation of business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process configurations
• Document process configurations and changes

Requirements

• Higher education or ongoing studies in computer science, mathematics, econometrics, physics, or a related field
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience with the Ferryt platform
• Knowledge of MS SQL and ability to create SQL queries
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Understanding of BPMN and UML notations
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good communication skills
• Communicative English for technical documentation

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Ferryt 2.0
• Knowledge of C#
• Familiarity with T-SQL
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
