Site Reliability Engineer

The role is offered on a fixed-term basis until March 2027 as maternity leave cover, with the potential for an extension.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents, problems and changes.
• Quickly and accurately determine impact in case of high-level incidents, estimate resolution times and establish countermeasures.
• Initiate improvement plans and prevent problems.
• Support test and development teams.
• Produce quality improvement plans, business continuity plans and operating instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a Computer Science-related area.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or IT support-related roles.
• Knowledge of Linux (basic scripting and commands), SQL, cloud platforms and networking tools (F5/HaProxy) is appreciated.
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability stacks and logging practices.
• Willingness to work on-call.
• Fluent English.
