Senior Full Stack & AI Developer

About Your Role

As a Senior Full Stack & AI TypeScript Developer, you will be at the forefront of innovative projects, blending traditional software development with state-of-the-art AI technologies. You will collaborate closely with AI-UX Designers, QA Specialists, Product Managers, and developers to create solutions that leverage AI effectively.

Are We a Match?

We are looking for someone who has:

• 5 years of commercial experience, including at least 1 year spent working directly with AI solutions
• Solid expertise with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node.js
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices and dedication to high-quality standards
• Good understanding of AI and GenAI concepts, including hands-on experience integrating AI models into production environments
• Experience using vector databases, such as Pinecone and Chroma, and/or databases with vector capabilities, such as MongoDB and Postgres
• Ability to design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows
• Proven experience with CI/CD and general DevOps practices
• Proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies
• Capability to convert business needs into technical requirements
• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish at a minimum B2 level

Nice-to-Haves

The following are beneficial, but support is available to help you grow into these areas:

• Experience with React Native, Meteor, GraphQL, and Apollo
• Proficiency in Python, particularly in AI libraries
• Experience mitigating AI-related security threats and using red-teaming techniques
• Contributions to Open Source projects
• Previous experience in software agencies or startup environments
• Experience leading greenfield projects from the ground up
• Active participation in tech communities through meetups, conferences, or tech blogging

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of cutting-edge, AI-driven applications and other innovative projects
• Identify optimal methods to integrate AI-UX principles within products
• Work with a tech stack featuring TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, React Native, Meteor, and more
• Ensure high-quality code and actively conduct detailed code reviews
• Promote knowledge-sharing and contribute to a collaborative team environment
