Technical Advisory Manager - Data & AI

Have you delivered or led Data Warehouse, Data Lake/Lakehouse, Business Intelligence, or AI projects using Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technologies? This role combines technical expertise with business growth and client advisory.

What we are looking for

• Knowledge of Data Analytics, AI, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Data Platforms, with the ability to turn it into business value.
• Experience with at least one of the Microsoft, Databricks, or Snowflake stacks.
• Hands-on and management experience delivering end-to-end, business-oriented analytical projects, including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes/Lakehouses, Business Intelligence, or AI solutions.
• Ability to move beyond delivery into strategy and consulting.
• Confidence engaging with C-level stakeholders, directors, architects, technology leaders, and service managers.
• Experience and ability to design and propose high-level solutions or services in close contact with clients.
• Desire to grow the business by identifying opportunities within existing accounts, engaging new customers, and creating business proposals.
• Proactive, independent approach to challenging clients, planning schedules, organising meetings, workshops, and presentations, and creating proposals with Delivery support.

What you will do

• Partner with key clients to understand their needs and design solutions in the Data & AI space.
• Combine technical know-how with advisory skills to create solution visions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Delivery, Technology, and Marketing teams, as well as technology partners including Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Build long-term relationships and expand service portfolios within existing customers.
• Travel occasionally across Europe and the Middle East, with flexible planning based on events and client needs.

Recruitment process

1. Initial screening with a recruiter to discuss motivations and expectations.
2. One-hour online meeting with the Head of People & Culture to discuss motivation, professional aspirations, and role expectations.
3. Meeting with the Head of Digital Advisory to discuss experience; preparation of an offer based on provided guidelines, expected to take up to four hours.
4. Final interview with the Head of Digital Advisory and Domain Lead to present the results.
