We are recruiting for a Third-Party Cyber Security Assessor position within an international financial services environment. This opportunity is suited to professionals interested in cybersecurity, IT risk management and third-party security assessments who enjoy working with business stakeholders and international teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Complete cyber control assurance, security and risk assessments for third-party engagements.
  • Deliver all aspects of TPSA Service and Operation, ensuring efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business and third-party stakeholders, TPSA regional leads and TPSA team members to meet defined SLAs.
  • Ensure security assessments comply with relevant regulations, standards and internal controls.
  • Communicate requirements and manage stakeholders effectively to deliver cyber outcomes.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Be influential, credible and persuasive; actively listen and demonstrate good judgement.
  • Communicate clearly and simplify technical material for business audiences.
  • Continuously improve skills and capabilities through collaborative work and in-house cross-training.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly Service Management targets, such as SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Third-Party Cyber Security team members to identify optimal solutions that meet technology requirements.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in cyber technical or specialist roles, or similar experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of IT systems, infrastructure and data security.
  • Good understanding of service management principles.
  • Experience in the Third-Party Security Assessment Process, control testing or audit disciplines.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications or knowledge are a plus.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for cybersecurity and willingness to share knowledge, technology resources, articles and other inspiration.
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills in English and German.
  • Commitment to high-quality outcomes while working under pressure and at pace.
  • Curiosity and drive to make repeatable outcomes more effective.
  • Experience managing and influencing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
