👉 Senior Applied AI Scientist

You will be

• Developing AI-powered solutions to improve the organic discoverability of vehicle inventory.
• Building scalable AI-driven solutions for generating vehicle descriptions, model content, and SEO/GEO landing pages.
• Developing search intent clustering models for automotive search queries.
• Identifying and predicting high-potential combinations of brands, models, locations, and vehicle inventory.
• Designing and optimizing ranking signals to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic growth.
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Product Analysts, and Engineers to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Measuring and evaluating the impact of AI-driven SEO initiatives through experimentation and data analysis.
• Working closely with engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain production-grade AI solutions.
• Supporting the evolution of content and search strategies for both traditional SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) channels.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied AI, or related roles.
• Strong practical experience with NLP, LLMs, or content generation systems.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Experience working with large datasets and experimentation methodologies.
• Experience with SEO, search ranking, recommendation systems, or information retrieval.
• Experience with content optimization and large-scale content generation.
• Familiarity with AWS-based environments.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Background in marketplace, classifieds, e-commerce, or consumer internet platforms.
• Experience measuring business impact through A/B testing and experimentation.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams in agile environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have

• Automotive industry experience.
• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) concepts.
• Experience with Scala-based ecosystems.
• Knowledge of search technologies such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or similar platforms.
