$150k - $280k/yr

Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your experience, qualifications, and the complexity of the role. Shift length, call, and overtime may positively impact compensation.

Quick Facts

• Join a team of 3 pediatricians in a health system-employed position
• Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm schedule with 4-day work week option
• 36 patient contact hours and 4 admin hours per week
• Each provider has a dedicated MA and access to a care coordinator
• 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient; see 20 – 22 patients daily in clinic
• Call rotation averages 12 days per month with strong backup resources
