Description

A Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Permanent Director of Surgical Services to join its team. Leadership experience within Surgical Services is required, preferably in a Critical Access Hospital. A BSN and CNOR certification are preferred.

The area offers a family-friendly, small-town community situated on the Yellowstone River, with excellent fishing for many warm-water species, including paddlefish.

The selected candidate will receive a generous base salary ranging from $102k to $144k DOE, along with a sign-on, relocation, or retention bonus and benefits package.
