The Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) organization is responsible for the AWS Private Pricing Program, designed to offer AWS customers commercial benefits in exchange for multi-year spend commitments. Private Pricing helps customers accelerate cloud transformation through multi-year relationships, providing pricing value, service access, and opportunities to innovate. The program serves enterprise customers making cloud commitments and is positioned to expand access and value for Private Pricing customers.

GDSP is seeking an individual who can communicate effectively across technical and non-technical business units and geographies. Successful team members collaborate to solve data problems, implement reporting solutions, and meet high operational standards. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and able to tell the story of data with little direction or supervision.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Lead sales executive discussions to share insights, challenge the status quo, and provide forward-looking recommendations that enable strategic decision-making and growth of Private Pricing.
  • Support the development of continuously evolving business analytics and data models; own quantitative analysis of sales-team, customer, deal-team, partner, market, and product/service performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of sales metrics, reporting tools, and data structures to identify and resolve issues; provide actionable intelligence using existing metrics or develop new metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and tools.
  • Build relationships and processes with sales, finance, sales operations, and other functional teams to identify and address reporting issues.
  • Manage and develop analytical tools or reports that automate inspection mechanisms, including business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Create operational templates and processes to compile and standardize disparate information for consistent reporting and metric tracking.
  • Generate ad-hoc analyses and reports with actionable recommendations through data retrieval and analysis from data-management systems.
  • Create mechanisms and business processes that simplify, standardize, and enable operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data using Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, or similar systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience owning feature delivery and product trade-offs.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Senior Software Engineer specialising in .NET and frontend frameworks such as Angular/React, you will design and develop new features across the full technology stack, own complex components end-to-end, and help translate business requirements into reliable, cloud-native solutions running in AWS. Responsibilities Design and develop web applications based on microservice architecture, using Angular/React and .NET technologies. Own complex components end-to-end: requirements refinement, technical design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring and maintenance. Contribute to architecture, framework, database and service design decisions, proposing improvements aligned with platform standards. Build and maintain automated tests, quality gates, CI/CD pipelines and code review practices. Contribute to containerisation and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, and support production operations through monitoring and root-cause analysis. The Entitlement Management System (EMS) team, led by hiring manager Ilya. EMS builds the core platform services behind every Accuris product - authentication and authorization, user and license management, access control, and web-based admin tools - with some services handling around 3 million transactions per day at ~200 ms response times. Depth rather than buzzwords: strong .NET and database fundamentals (async patterns, memory management, query performance), practical microservices experience - things like data consistency across services and service-to-service auth - genuine full-stack awareness, and real ownership stories where you carried a component end-to-end.
