$1,749 - $3,413/week

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.

• Monday–Friday; no holidays or weekends; 40 hours/week guaranteed
• 25–30 points per week, dependent on travel
• Home health setting with an adult caseload
• Home health and OASIS experience strongly preferred
• EMR: HCHB
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience required after clinicals
• Training available for therapists committing to a 6+ month contract
