This role seeks an experienced Senior Python Developer with a strong background in AI applications. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Python and its ecosystem, along with a solid experience in backend services and GenAI models integration. A commitment to producing high-quality, maintainable code and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Python Developer, you will:

• Design architecture of GenAI applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain Python code in AI applications and components.

• Conduct code reviews and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to utilize AI models in the applications.

• Implement and maintain APIs and microservices for AI integration with other systems.

• Conduct experiments to evaluate GenAI model performance.

• Remain updated on advancements in GenAI technologies.

• Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Key Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in Python development.

• Experience in building backend services with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.

• Knowledge of clean code and design patterns in Python.

• Experience in writing robust unit tests.

• Experience in using GenAI models in business applications.

• Experience with services like: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, AKS

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of another object-oriented programming language (Java/C#/C++).

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch).
