Own client deployments and integrations end to end, from MVPs and pilots through integration, testing and UAT to production deployment, maintenance and BAU support. Work with an international engineering team, including senior engineers in Canada, to deliver new and complex integrations. Generalise new integrations into reusable capabilities that can be deployed efficiently for future clients, and help onboard and mentor deployment and configuration engineers. The project is fully remote and delivered in the client’s controlled virtual desktop environment, where all code and data remain. The core stack is Kotlin and Java on GCP. Responsibilities • Own standard client deployments and integrations from MVP/pilot through production and BAU • Work with senior engineers on new and complex third-party integrations • Build and maintain integrations with contact-centre, telephony and external platforms • Work with real-time voice technologies, including SIP, WebRTC, voice streaming, speech-to-text and text-to-speech • Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices, webhooks and SDKs • Convert newly delivered integrations into generalised, reusable solutions for future clients • Work with Kotlin and Java services running on GCP • Provision cloud infrastructure and support automated deployments using Terraform, CI/CD and containers • Work with PostgreSQL, Redis and Firestore • Write and maintain unit, integration and API tests • Support UAT, production deployments, monitoring, logging and troubleshooting • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions with customer technical teams • Use AI coding tools to understand and contribute to an established codebase while verifying generated output • Support and mentor deployment and configuration engineers Requirements • Strong commercial experience with Kotlin and Java • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Terraform, CI/CD, containerised deployments and cloud infrastructure provisioning experience • Strong experience building and integrating REST APIs, microservices, third-party APIs, webhooks and SDKs • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis and Firestore • Solid understanding of authentication and API security principles • Unit, integration and API testing experience, including UAT support • Hands-on experience with production deployments, logging, monitoring and troubleshooting • Proven ability to build integrations for reuse rather than repeatedly delivering bespoke implementations • Real-time or agentic integration experience, ideally with contact-centre or telephony platforms, SIP, WebRTC, real-time voice streaming, speech-to-text or text-to-speech • Ability to quickly work in a mature codebase using AI coding tools with sound engineering judgement and verification • Ability to translate customer requirements into technical implementations • Confidence across MVP, pilot, UAT, production and BAU delivery stages • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments • Ability to work with customer technical teams and mentor engineers • Strong written and spoken English Nice to Have • Pub/Sub, queues and event-driven processing experience • Vertex AI or OpenAI API experience • LLM, AI agent or conversational AI integration experience • High-availability and high-performance systems experience • Collections, contact-centre or financial-services experience Benefits • Remote work or work from an office • Occasional office visits, client visits or trips to the client’s headquarters may be required • Flexible start time between 7:00 and 10:00 am • Employee referral bonuses of 3,000–7,000 PLN • Remote English classes and access to a company library
